Mesaba Avenue to southbound I-35 ramp closure Dec. 7
DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be closing the on-ramp from Mesaba Avenue to southbound I-35 on Thursday, Dec. 7. This closure will occur from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is needed for the removal of portable precast barrier.
