MnDOT to host April 4 public update meeting on Hwy 23 reconstruction and Mission Creek Bridge replacement
DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation is hosting a public meeting on Thursday, April 4, to update the public on plans to replace the Mission Creek Bridge and reconstruct Hwy 23. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Lake Superior Emergency Response Training College (ERTC) Room 105, 11501 Hwy 23, Duluth, MN 55808.
