Hwy 23 work at Gogebic Creek culvert in Duluth begins May 13

DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be starting work on Highway 23 in Duluth on Monday, May 13. The Gogebic Creek culvert near Morgan Park will be replaced. Motorists can expect lane closures on Monday, and traffic switched to single-lane, head-to-head travel on the inland side of Highway 23 starting on Tuesday, May 14.
