Public meeting June 4 for the Hwy 3/South Robert Street study in West St. Paul
ROSEVILLE, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation invites the community to attend a public meeting on June 4 to share their feedback on safety and connectivity along Highway 3/South Robert Street in West St. Paul.
The meeting will be held in person at the Wentworth Library on Tuesday, June 4, from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., 199 Wentworth Ave E., West St Paul. Attendees will have an opportunity to share feedback and ask questions of the study team. There will be a brief presentation at 6:15 p.m. The public is invited to stop by anytime.

MnDOT started a study in February of 2024 to identify possible improvements to safety and connectivity for people who walk, bike, use transit and drive. This section of South Robert Street was reconstructed in 2015-2016 to improve transportation mobility, access management and safety. Despite those improvements, the section of roadway has seen continued safety concerns for users.
