Seeds Program application tips

How to get started

Go to the State of Minnesota careers site to begin your application process. Here you can create an online resume, apply for open positions, set up a job alert to email you about new opportunities, and manage your account. Follow the steps below.

Create an account

You will need to set up an account on the State of Minnesota careers site to get the ball rolling.

Develop and post your resume

Check out the resume tips available on the state careers site before you begin to ensure you have all the necessary information to make your resume standout.

Search and apply for a job

To apply for a Seeds Student Worker Program position, go to the job search page of the State of Minnesota Jobs site. Select "Search open positions". Enter the words "Seeds Student Worker" in the keyword search bar and check "Transportation Dept" from the Agency section in the menu on the left side. You can also choose to view other openings that meet your needs.

Set up a job alert

After performing a keyword search, selcet "Save Search" and follow the prompts. Your saved searches will appear in your mn.gov/careers account.
