Hwy 10 at Hwy 115

Close Hwy 10 access to/from Hwy 115 and 80th Ave. to reconstruct the future J-turn access:

  • Hwy 10 single lane closures on both directions, 24/7, with reduced speeds
  • Hwy 115 closed between Hwy 10 and Superior Ave.
  • 80th Ave. closed to/from Hwy 10
  • Co. Rd. 14/1 (1st St.) open, includes median crossover, until Sept. 25
  • Co. Rd. 104 (6th St.) remains open, includes median crossover

Hwy 10 access to/from Co. Rd. 14/1 will close to construct a J-turn, includes median crossover. Work zone will be as follows:

Randall is open; however, expect changes to access as crews work at each intersection. Watch and follow road signs. MnDOT will provide changes to access as they occur on this webpage.

About this 2024 project

MnDOT will improve access and safety along both directions of Hwy 10 through Randall, which includes two J-turn intersections at Morrison Co. Rd. 14 and Hwy 115.

  • Reconstruct the Hwy 10 access at Morrison Co. Rd. 14 with a J-turn design
  • Close and remove the Hwy 10 median crossover at Co. Rd. 104 and Willow Ln.
    • Note: Motorists will turn right and make a U-turn at the next median access
  • Reconstruct the Hwy 10 access at Hwy 115/80th Ave. with a J-turn design
  • Make other updates, as warranted
