Project summary
The Minnesota Department of Transportation will install fiber communications along Interstate 94 in Moorhead to provide overhead message boards and cameras for improved traffic management. Portion of the work will take place just west of the Red River bridge in North Dakota in 2026, after the completion of the Red River bridge resurfacing project.

Upcoming traffic impacts
Construction will resume in 2026 on the North Dakota side of the river. More information to come as we get closer to construction starting up!
