Description
This course covers the duties and responsibilities of a concrete plant monitor including changes to Specification 2461 and the 2023 Schedule of Materials Control.
Learning objectives
When completed, the participants will be better able to understand the roles and responsibilities of both Producer QC personnel and Agency Plant Monitors.
Audience
This course is intended for consultant, county, city, and state personnel who perform or will be performing QA concrete plant monitoring this year. Lab and field personnel who interface with the monitors are also welcome. This is an in-person class and space is limited.
This class is not intended for producers.
Fee
There is a $50 fee for this course. Lunch is provided.
Cost accounting (for MnDOT employees)

Compensatory time
Employees who are subject to overtime should note that all non-assigned training is voluntary and that the total state time is not to exceed the regular scheduled workday.
