Construction on Highway 223 in Leonard begins July 8
BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation announced today, construction on Highway 223 in Leonard begins July 8. The project includes resurfacing Highway 223 between Leonard and Highway 92. Motorists will detour utilizing Clearwater County Roads 3 and 10.
In addition to resurfacing, project elements include:
- Culvert replacements
- Sidewalk upgrades in Leonard
