Expect I-35 lane closures near Proctor on July 29

DULUTH, Minn. – Motorists can expect lane closures along northbound and southbound I-35 between Ugstad Road and Boundary Avenue near Proctor on Monday, July 29, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This closure is for Minnesota Power to conduct utility work in the area.
