Hwy 68 Minneota to Marshall resurfacing project complete
WILLMAR, Minn. –The Hwy 68 Minneota to Marshall resurfacing project has been completed, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. MnDOT resurfaced Hwy 68 from North Grant Street in Minneota to the intersection of Hwy 59 in Marshall. The city of Ghent was not included in the project as it will be resurfaced at a later date.
Project benefits and cost
Benefits of the project include an improved road surface for a smoother ride. Central Specialties, Inc., was the contractor, and the project cost was approximately $3.1 million.
