Expect lane closures on Hwy 23 through Fond du Lac for resurfacing project
DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be resurfacing Hwy 23 through the Fond du Lac neighborhood beginning Monday, Aug. 26. Work should take two days, weather permitting. Work will stretch from the St. Louis River to the new construction near Perch Lake.
Motorists can expect lane closures with flaggers present to assist with traffic.
