I-35 southbound ramp at Highway 45 in Scanlon to close Aug. 28

DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be closing the I-35 southbound ramp from Highway 45 in Scanlon on Aug. 28. This closure is to allow for routine bridge inspections on the ramp. A detour will be posted to continue on Highway 45 to Highway 210. This closure is expected to last from 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. If inclement weather occurs, the work and closure will take place on Aug. 29.
