Lane closures, traffic shift on westbound I-94 near Barnesville Tuesday and Wednesday
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – Motorists traveling on westbound Interstate 94 near Barnesville will encounter a short-term traffic shift between noon and 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Sept. 10 and tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 11, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Crews are making repairs to the concrete pavement on westbound I-94. Between noon and 2 p.m., on Tuesday and Wednesday, westbound I-94 traffic will be routed to the exit and entrance ramps at the Highway 34 interchange, while crews make repairs to the concrete pavement on I-94. Flaggers will control traffic on Highway 34.
Motorists will encounter a lane closure in this area for approximately one week to allow concrete to cure.
