MnDOT seeks public feedback for Highway 169 Road Safety Audit in Sherburne County

ST. CLOUD, Minn. –  The Minnesota Department of Transportation invites Sherburne County area residents, businesses and the traveling public to provide input on a road safety audit for Highway 169.

The audit covers Highway 169 from the County Road 33 Interchange in Elk River to the County Road 29 Interchange in Princeton. A road safety audit looks at various data, including crash history, traffic flow and existing conditions. The audit aims to identify traffic safety issues and propose strategies to improve the roadway.

MnDOT is seeking public input on this safety audit from Feb. 3 to March 7. Public feedback helps the audit team to identify potential safety improvements. Visit the MnDOT Let’s Talk Transportation Highway 169 audit web page to learn more and to leave comments on an online map.  https://talk.dot.state.mn.us/us-169-road-safety-audit-in-sherburne-county
