- Review of Early Notification Memos (ENM)
- Review of Categorical Exclusion (CATEX) documentation
- Review of Airport Layout Plans (ALP)
What to expect from the office
- Determination of potential impact or no impact
- Awareness of the laws, rules, and regulations that pertain to airports and the state aviation system
- Help and support in addressing any potential impacts to projects near an airport
- Information on filing a FAA 7460 for a project, if required
What you need to provide to the office
- Project location in the form of a map, mile markers, or coordinates
- Project and construction equipment heights
- Project details pertaining to lighting, fencing, or other appurtenances that may effect airport operations
