Goal
The Special Provisions Unit maintains the Standard Specifications for Construction and ensures that the MnDOT-let construction project proposals are complete and ready for letting.

What to expect from the unit
- Provide engineering expertise to MnDOT, other government agencies, and consultants

- Request Federal Highway (FHWA) authorization and approval on federally funded projects
- Post MnDOT construction project proposals, and supporting documents on E-Plan Room website
