Reconstruct Hwy 71 from Co. Rd. 186/S. Limit St. to
Pine St. N
Resurface Hwy 71 from I-94 to Co. Rd. 186/S. Limit St.
Replace city underground utilities (water and sanitary sewer) and lighting
Install new curb and gutter and storm sewer
Improve the intersections at Main St. N and Sinclair
Lewis Ave.
Construct a multi-use trail along Hwy 71, replace existing pedestrian sidewalk and extend to Co. Rd. 186
Improve pedestrian crossings along Hwy 71, includes access across the Sauk River bridge
Future impacts
