- Highway 114 between Lowry and Interstate 94 closed to thru-traffic until October. Local traffic only.
- Thru-traffic detour: I-94, Highway 29 and Highway 55 until October
- Highway 27 remains open to cross traffic with automated signal to direct traffic one direction at a time. Please obey the signal lights and only proceed when the light is green. There is no access to Highway 114 from the Highway 27 intersection. Use detour or find alternate route.
