  • Highway 59 closed north of Highway 108 east/West Mill roundabout to Fifth Avenue NW. This includes the Highway 108 west intersection.
  • Highway 108 east closed from the Hwy 59 roundabout up to 2 1/2 Street.
    • Follow in-town detour routes or thru-traffic routes to avoid in-town backups.
    • Businesses are OPEN! Check in with your destination to determine the best way to get to them. To access businesses on the northeast side of town, please use Fifth Avenue NE or Second Avenue NW/NE.

  • Thru-traffic and truck detours vary depending on direction of travel and vehicle weight. See map below! If you don't have a destination in-town, please stick to the thru-traffic routes.

Construction schedule

Construction will be completed in phases, starting in April 2024 through Fall 2025. All work and schedules are weather dependent.

  • Stage 1C (Hwy 59, from bridge through Hwy 108 west to 3rd Ave NW)
  • Stage 2A (Hwy 59, 3rd Ave NW to 5th Ave NE)
  • Stage 4A (Hwy 108 east, Hwy 59 to 2 1/2 St)
