Legislative reports

To request any MnDOT document in an alternative format, please email adarequest.dot@state.mn.us.

Reports must have a cover letter signed by the Commissioner.
Reports must clearly address all items required by the legislature.
Reports must be prepared in compliance with the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, sections 3.195, 3.197, 3.302, and 16B.122. This includes: distribution list, cost of preparing the report, bibliographic and other information required on the title page, pagination, paper and ink requirements and limits on the use of color.
The cover page, cover letter and format of each report must follow the form prescribed by the Office of Communications.
All reports must be accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities. Each document must explain how to get the report in alternative formats.
All reports must be submitted to recipients electronically and published on MnDOT’s report webpage.
Two printed copies of each report must be provided to the Legislative Reference Library.
