Responsible authority at MnDOT

The responsible authority is the person in a state agency made responsible for the agency's data. The responsible authority must prepare:

1. A public document that describes every kind of private or confidential data the agency has.
2. A document on the rights of data subjects and the procedures for data access by the subject of the data.
