Project Turn In Through Letting
Purpose
The purpose is to ensure that the MnDOT let projects advertised on the E-Plan Room are complete, accurate, biddable, and in accordance with Federal Regulations and State Statutes.
When to use this subject
This subject is used when a construction project will be advertised on MnDOT’s E-Plan Room.

How this subject fits into the overall project development process
The process begins when the District/Specialty Offices complete all required project documentation and submit it with the Project Submittal Memo.
The process ends when the Construction Contractor bids are received.
