Hwy 13 Savage to Burnsville project location map
Crews will improve safety and mobility by reconstructing Hwy 13 between Quentin Ave. in Savage and Nicollet Ave. in Burnsville.
We have begun preliminary engineering for the highway and connecting intersections.
The work is the result of initial environmental documentation and a study of Hwy 13 between Shakopee and Burnsville. The study identified alternatives for the intersections and highway. The first project that resulted from the study was the recent reconstruction of the Dakota Ave. intersection, which improved safety and mobility, and provides access to the Ports of Savage.
